This MV is so much better. Meaning, and visually. As expected from YG. Certainly didn't disappoint.

This song, on the other hand, performs so much better than what I had expected. Its so good. Tune is good, as always, but one look at the lyrics, immediately blows me away. Its just so true, at some point. Identity crisis. Excellent.

2NE1 - Ugly

My first time of listening was, why is this song so sad. True enough, the tune was addicting, but as I keep on listening, my knowledge of Korean starts to automatically translate in my head and I was wondering to myself, why is this song so negative?! I hope there will be some positive meaning in between, but right till the end its all too negative. I hope girls don't treat this with a depressed mindset. Its not, okay. Please listen to Kara's pretty girl. If you wanna pretty, every wanna pretty. LOL. Morning in the train, I put this on repeating mode, and in addition to today's damn train's delay, my mood went down the drain.

Yes I don't want to complain about the train. But I'm fed up. Aiya. The one and only monopoly public train service, is going haywire, everyone is just late for work everyday, this will only affect the overall efficiency and economic performance of Sg in the long run. If our trusted one and only public train transport service can't even function properly and deliver commuters to work punctually every day, who's going to believe our trustworthiness? Are other countries are going to invest if they know workers in Sg are late for work, reason being the public transport is not working well? Apparently the garment doesn't sense the urgency to fix this at all. Aiya aiya aiya. Next election... *shake head*

Back to the MV, I understand that everyone will have such moments once in their lifetime. I'm not pretty, I'm not beautiful. I'm just the average joe and jane. I'm neither popular, nor do I have the charisma. I do have such moments too, but I mean, its not very appropriate to put this into a song, where so many people are going on repeating mode everyday. Everyday listen to such depressing songs, will make one go crazy alright?!

And my first comment when viewing the MV was, why aren't they lip syncing to it?? It was different from what I had visualize when listening. Then I realize, they can't. Yes they can't. How could they?!

Doing my songs follow up

It has been a while. Since I've done some follow up on kpop. It feels so good.

Because I was helping a colleague of mine to find Heartstrings / You've fallen for me OST over the net. Only to realise that I had actually renamed it as a name which I had forgotten in my hard drive. And then I came across some awesome kpop songs. I just have to listen to 2NE1!

I'm so lonely x 5~ This song is freaking good. Was listening for the first time during the MNET concert last year in Sg, and I was mesmerized.

And then, I was so addicted to 2PM - Put your hands up, put your hands up, the moment the song was played in king's car, I was already Hands up~ yo~ Hehe, boon was laughing her heads off. Well~ I don't care eh eh eh eh eh. Hehehehe. Its so clubbish and I just wanted to enjoy the music flow at that time.

Ahhhhh, it feels so good. Then its fantastic baby! Dance-dance-just dance~ ;)

Interesting. He was staging outside Takashimaya and created a crowd snapping him. I was among them. Hah.

But I quickly snapped this only one photo and left as I'm going to be late!

On a sidenote, I'm recently in love with this song, I absolutely love the beginning of the song.

Its because of the drama, You've fallen for me that I got to know this song. The rock part, after listening to so many times in the drama (!!), I've gotten tired of it. Haha. Its the acoustic guitar part that is so charismatic.
Oh, and did you notice the camera inside? It looks fab. Edit: Another fan-made video featuring the later drama parts.

Dance 춤 - Clazziquai's 2nd album: Colour your soul

A colleague of mine, who had finished watching Secret Garden asked me about a song that appeared in episode 1 last week. Totally clueless about what she was asking about, she then showed me that part in the video clip where Han Tae Sun was singing in a club, and then Oska was mesmerized by his vocals.

Back at home now then I started to find out about the song, by re-watching episode 1 and then gasping on it later on why I had missed out on such a nice song. I suppose its the lack of time that I had just watched once and then skipping it later. A google on it lands me on clazziquai. My goodness its from CLAZZIQUAI!!

Turns out it is a song from Clazziquai. Dance. 춤. I love clazziquai. Even though some of their songs were not my style, like the recent electronica style from 4th album (Mucho punk). But their jazz songs were always my favourite.

I can't seem to find Sun's version. Perhaps it wasn't recorded...
