Me and Jap girl. We had lots of starking differences, yet we have quite surprising similarities at times too.
Sometimes the way she converse with me, and the way I converse with her makes both of us laugh like mad, in our small small office room. hahahahahaha. She sure knows how to tip my laughter gas.
Kor girl: oh ya, wanted to ask you, how was hatched?
Jap girl: ....(cut away the unnecessary info) I think its nice but the winner now is still riders cafe and wild honey XD
Kor girl: ...(cut HAHA) you sound like you are giving it a golden prize, and then a bronze prize to hatched.
Jap girl: Cause that place very humid... Dx Hmm drips is also nice, you can gobble all their pastries, and le chocolate cafe!!! DX
Pretty simple convos, to be honest, but to me, I was pretty entertained for the day. There were lots and loads of little little tweeny funny convos we had. I'm constantly amazed at the tiny bits of life she had instilled and influenced me.
There was once where we were talking about our interests, a sparkling similar interests we had were our love for our foreign language. She learned japanese and I learned korean. She loves to draw, and I love to take photos. Both of us agreed how important our interests are, and how we should keep maintaining it. And how we should allocate our time to run our interests. An inspiring talk, she never fails to let me realise her wisdom everytime when I need it most. When my motivation starts to seep downwards, she's always there to boost it up again. She, a girl, knows what she wants. *loves*

PS Cafe @ Paragon, Orchard, Sg
Finally!!
I am able to post a food post properly after all the woo haa that had happened earlier on this year. Which also meant that finally I had the time to arrange my photos and give it some light in the blog now! Hahaha. Yay! Started on some simple posts first. I've some glitches with the way my blog is presented anyways. Got some stuff to learn and edit as well. My photo resolution (which is affecting the mobile presentation, grrr), anyone who can help me? >.< its all the complicated html thingy. And I also want to remove my profile and all the other stuff from the sidebar to pages so leaving my main web body with all my posts. Wanted to put a certain default handwriting for posts. I'm always so not satisfied with my blog. Guess that's the only way that keeps me going. Because I'm always not satisfied and I crave for more changes that could be done.

It was the first day back to work after the Chinese New Year! While it may have been the day for some to head back to school, it was ours back to work, as per normal just like the other working adults. The Japanese girl and I agreed to eat something nice, and I suggested PS cafe as I had heard it was good. Come lets go!
Have heard that PS Cafe is not bad, but upon reaching, it was pretty crowded over at the outlet at Paragon,
and its like upclass market chatting away instead of the comfortable cafe-like atmosphere.
I have to be frank. Their food was so so. And yet pretty expensive for us working adults, for lunch.
I had this very cheesy macaroni. But it doesn't leave a great aftertaste and after sometime, I felt 'jelat'.
(i.e. feeling full just by eating another mouthful, or seeing it)
This was laksa pasta that the Japanese girl had, and it wasn't that fantastic as well even though it was touted as the best selling.
Are you sure its one of best sellers? I saw people ordering more of their sandwiches across several tables straight. Haha.
Yep, so it wasn't as good as what the reviews had mentioned.

A new quote for the day
I remembered having blogged about some meaningful phrases some days before, and there today the japanese girl was telling me about a quote she just came across and wanted to share it with me.
So nice and meaningful. I also told her regarding a quote I found it nice with regards to that.We don't water plants irregularly and expect them to be healthy. Dreams (like plants) needs constant care and effort for it to bear fruit.
Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, other make it happen.Then. Know what she said? That got me in fits.
NICE ONE. Love it lots. Xoxo.Hahahaha it looks like a 3 step process:Want it to happenWish it could happenGet fed up with waiting and make it happen hahahah

Meathaven @ Jalan Kayu
I've started to use Flickr, to upload my photos. Gah I find it such difficulty to upload it from Flickr to Blogger. Is it because I do not know the way how? Flickr do support Blogger, but how? I can't stand it anymore, I've switched back to upload via Picasa halfway.

Came with Japanese girl and a colleague of ours to Meathaven.
It was a place that the japanese girl had always wanted to bring me to!

I had this. Its juicy. But normally I don't have oysters. But ever since I came back from aussie, I can accept this.
Tried their soup. Yummy.
Oh my god we tried this! The pork ribs. Its succulent.
NZ Beef steak. Juicy, medium rare if I'm not wrong. Special mention: The char grilled potatoes.
They are really fragrant when you bite into them.

A Movenpick vanilla ice cream. No need any description of this, I'm sure? ;)
And.. lastly an artistic picture of our japanese girl. She's so cute, isn't she. Heh. Love her.

Spicing my life, with a little of fun!
Things are spicing up a bit for today! A little impromtu, the japanese girl asked me yesterday if I'm free for today. And I was surprised.
Why, its because she always has appointment every friday and its rare that she would ask me out.!
I'm so looking forward, we are going to Meathaven! And she was the one who told me that I must quickly blog about my aussie trip, so I can spazz about my times in aussie before the excitement wears out a few weeks later. Even though I have no pictures, I just start my write up for my trip first. Haha.
She, always the one to entertain me, and surprise me, constantly. And pops up with the most wise words, when I need it.

Antoneitte @ Lavender, Sg
I'm still reeling in the loss of my original photos.. still feeling quite emo.. My goodness. Luckily I still can get the photos from my friend, but I'm still upset at myself for having committed this stupid mistake. Until now I still cannot get why how the hell did this folder get resized. Enjoy the string of photos. But my captions aren't that much as usual. So sorry. I just need to sleep for the night.

My first time at Antoneitte.
Nice decor and its really high class tea.
Nice comfy seats.
I had their antoneitte special coffee, but to me it taste like the normal latte coffee we have.
Poached egg salad. The poached egg is delicious~
